RadTIME, Inc. was founded by former executives and engineers from D-Vision Systems, Inc. (which was bought by Discreet Logic, Inc. and became the edit* product line in AutoDesk's Multimedia division) with a simple idea: to make intuitive tools for the creation of moving graphics.

The result of this effort is a revolutionary new type of compositing and animation tool called 3dFILM which allows users to see their animation in real-time even at high (NTSC/PAL) video resolution. 3dFILM and its related add-on products are targeted at effects artists, graphic designers, animators, filmmakers, video editors/producers and creators of advanced web sites. 3dFILM allows users to easily combine both 2D and 3D elements in one tool eliminating many time-consuming rendering steps that sap creativity.

RadTIME has expanded its products and services to include social networking web site solutions, video sharing sites and integrated rich media solutions.  It also provides strategic technology licenses and software/web site development and consulting.
